Overview:

Free flowing screed from Euromix can be laid in areas of up to 2000m² in just one day. Suitable for foot traffic within 24-48 hours, partitions after just seven days. Our range of anhydrite and cement flowing screeds deliver market leading performance.

Often used in underfloor heating installation, Topflow flowing screeds are self-levelling. Designed to dry faster, self level and lay quicker. Products include a unique synthetic anhydrite binder solution or more traditional cement.

Free Flowing Screed

Topflow Screed A made with a unique synthetic anhydrite binder in place of cement is pump applied due to its fluid consistency. This means that it is easier to lay covering areas of up to 2000m² in a day.

When build times are critical we offer self compacting or fast curing designs. These screeds reduce installation times; promote faster next phase programming and early trafficking.
